Greenlaw Town Hall, Scottish Borders

Greenlaw Town Hall is a fine example of Scottish Greek Revival architecture, within the town of Greenlaw nestled in the Berwickshire countryside.  It has been converted to provide modern offices flanking a magnificent entrance within a unique address.

The contemporary office accommodation is in two symmetrical pavilions which are split over two storeys, a meeting room is available for tenants and others to use.

Offices are available to rent as individual rooms or as full office suites (comprising five rooms per pavilion).

Each pavilion operates independently to the rest of the building and provides secure and accessible premises.

The property also offers a large, bright and impressive multipurpose hall accessed via an impressive entrance hall.

These halls are able to accommodate a variety of uses for tenants and other organisations, such as exhibition or gallery use, a business or celebratory function, or sporting venue.

Location

The offices are located directly on A697 near to Duns and Galshiels and within commutable distance to Edinburgh.

If you are interested in renting or hiring any of the spaces available please contact our Property Administrator, Elizabeth Mackay:
