About

The grandeur of Greenlaw Town Hall reflects Greenlaw’s historic status as the County Town of Berwickshire. A beautiful and imposing Greek Revival building, it was completed in 1831 and primarily used as the county courthouse until Greenlaw lost its County Town status to the rival town of Duns in 1904. From 2007 to 2011, SHBT undertook a major project to restore and revive the building.
