Riddle’s Court Revealed
Riddle’s Court is steeped in history. A visit to our building is a journey through 500 years: each painstakingly restored room resonant of a different chapter in this complex tale, from the banquet of King James I and VI to the arts and crafts dining hall of Edinburgh’s first university residencies.
The building reopened in August 2017 after an intensive two year long, £6 million restoration project carried out by the Scottish Historic Buildings Trust. New contemporary interventions have transformed its atmospheric historic spaces into a state-of-the-art venue with full lift access.
